What you need to know before enrolling
Fee & Payment Terms
All online Holy Quran learning fees at TanzeelulQuran.com are pre-scheduled and non-refundable, except under the conditions outlined below. Fees are billed monthly in advance, based on the plan selected at enrollment.
Refund Eligibility
A full refund will be issued only if the student withdraws before the start of regular classes. Once the classes are confirmed and the student has attended at least one class, the fee becomes non-refundable.
If We Are Unable to Provide Classes
If, for any reason, TanzeelulQuran.com is unable to provide the agreed classes from our side after payment has been made, the paid amount will be refunded after deducting a reasonable refund processing fee.
Pausing or Transferring Classes
If classes are paused or held at the request of the student, the remaining balance may be transferred to the next month only. Transfers beyond the following month are not permitted.
Refund Processing Costs
If the refund processing cost exceeds the paid fee, no refund will be issued in such cases.
